Tension and Jaw Pain

I have the most annoyed meditation practice. I am dependent on the physical relaxation techniques to get my muscles to stop. My jaw is tense.

I get why people take stronger drugs, because last semester I was prescribed stronger pain medication during a bad flair up, and it was god’s greatest gift. The scan style and tension dispersal of meditation does help, but there’s a lot of guilt surrounding, yknow, just sitting still and focusing on my body
